Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms describe use of the Paradiso Productions website and our standard booking policies. Each production is confirmed through a written proposal and project agreement. If your signed agreement contains different project terms, that agreement controls. Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or sign a production contract.

Booking & payment

A signed project agreement and 50% upfront booking payment are required to confirm a project and reserve the agreed shoot date. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Quotes, availability, deliverables, fees, and any travel or additional production costs are confirmed in writing for your project.

Scope & turnaround

Your proposal identifies the agreed shoot time, locations, deliverables, formats, and turnaround. There is no universal delivery deadline: timing is set per proposal and depends on the agreed scope, timely client materials, and consolidated feedback. Added shoot time, new deliverables, major creative changes, or other work outside the agreed scope require a written scope and fee update before that work begins.

Revisions & approval

Two consolidated revision rounds are included unless your signed agreement states otherwise. Each round is one collected set of feedback from the client and relevant stakeholders. Please include clear notes and timestamps where possible. Additional rounds, reshoots, or changes beyond the agreed brief are quoted separately. Final exports follow approval of the draft and payment of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is available with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled shoot, subject to a mutually available replacement date. Existing committed third-party costs may still apply and will be identified. Requests with less than 72 hours’ notice or further reschedules are handled case by case, with any new costs agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Please request cancellation in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation calculation accounts for work already completed and documented costs already committed to your project. Amounts paid are applied to those items; any unused amount is returned, and any remaining amount due is explained in writing. The signed agreement may specify project-specific details. The booking payment is not automatically forfeited in every cancellation.

If Paradiso cannot complete the agreed services, we will discuss a mutually suitable reschedule or cancellation and return payment for services not provided, subject to the signed project agreement and applicable law. Weather, unsafe conditions, or other events outside reasonable control will be discussed promptly so we can agree on a practical next step.

Client preparation & permissions

Please provide accurate project details, timely feedback, location access, and agreed materials. Responsibilities for filming permissions, participant releases, location permissions, supplied music, logos, and other third-party materials are confirmed in the project agreement. Do not provide materials you do not have permission to use. Delayed access, materials, or approvals may affect the production schedule.

Raw footage, rights & portfolio use

Raw footage is an optional paid add-on and is not included unless specified in writing. Delivery formats, usage rights, ownership arrangements, music licensing, and any file availability period are set in your project agreement. Please download and back up final files within the agreed availability period. Paradiso will request client permission before using client work in a public portfolio or marketing.

Website & client hub

Website videos, images, and other materials may be viewed to evaluate our services; permission is required for republication or other reuse. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors. The client hub provides access only to assigned projects. Keep your sign-in and provider links private and share only materials you are authorized to provide.

Contracts, invoices, video review, and delivery may use external services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply on those platforms. A hub status label is a record of project progress, not an electronic signature, payment receipt, or guarantee of funds received. Creative draft approval in the hub does not replace the signed production agreement.

Questions & updates

Please contact us promptly about a concern so we can work toward a resolution. Updates to these website policies will be identified by the date above; changes to an existing signed project agreement require written agreement. Nothing in these policies removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
