Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Paradiso Productions provides videography services in Los Angeles, San Diego, and other locations by arrangement. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, request a quote, book a consultation, or use our client hub.

Information you provide

We receive the contact and project details you submit, including your name, email address, optional phone number, service interests, budget, preferred shoot date, location, and project description. During a project, we may also receive creative briefs, reference links, correspondence, booking records, revision notes, and delivery information. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through our inquiry form or hub notes.

Website and cookie information

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, referring pages, and activity on the site. Functional cookies help the website work. Analytics cookies, where enabled, help measure traffic and activity. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on this site. A browser Do Not Track signal alone should not be relied on to disable cookies or tracking by external services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm availability, plan and produce videos, communicate about a project, manage invoices and delivery, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry is a request for a project response, not permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and external links

Information may be processed by providers used to operate our website and projects. These include Squarespace for hosting and forms, Google for email and form spam protection, and Calendly when you book a consultation. Vimeo embeds and links to Instagram or other external websites are subject to those providers’ practices. Contract, payment, review, and delivery links may open separate providers identified on the destination page. Payment card details should be entered only with the payment provider.

See Google’s Privacy Policy, Calendly’s Privacy Notice, and Vimeo’s Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and resolve disputes.

Client hub

The client hub uses ChatGPT sign-in and receives an account identifier, email address, and display name. It stores project details, briefs, checklists, links, payment status entered by Paradiso, and review activity with our hosting providers. Access to each project is assigned separately. Sign-in alone does not grant access to a project. Linked files remain with their external providers and may have separate sharing permissions. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information as needed for inquiries, project services, business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or business obligations. You may decline optional fields, control cookies in your browser, and contact us about your privacy rights under applicable law.

Public portfolio use of client work requires client permission. Our services are not directed to children under 13; please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, email paradisofilmsla@gmail.com or call (619) 600-1938.
